Dékalus
A downloadable game
"Astragaloi" (Ἀστράγαλοι) refers to an ancient dice game from Greece and Rome that used animal bones, specifically the ankle bone (talus) of sheep or goats, or similar pieces. These bones, also called "talus" or "tali," had four main sides that could land in various ways, and the goal of the game was to throw the astragaloi and obtain specific combinations.
Dékalus is a combination of "δέκα" (déka), meaning 10, with "talus." The premise is a card game where players engage in battles on the board to defeat their opponents. Match identical cards, eliminate your opponents' cards by positioning them in opposite columns, take advantage of effect cards, explore and discover more about the game.
Controls for Dékalus:
- A Button: Perform actions (select and generate a card)
- Crank: Use the crank to generate a card, or alternatively, press the A Button.
